Taryn Gamble recognized her need for Christ at 12 years old. During her junior and senior high school years she worked at a local daycare and continued working there throughout her college years at Bob Jones University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpretative Speech with plans to be a speech and drama teacher. God shifted those plans by providing her a corporate training position for a software company and then gifting her and her husband with their first son, Gideon. Taryn now stays home and home-schools Gideon, while also loving on their younger two children, Sullivan and Alice. Her prayer is to point her children and the children at Connection (Connection Kids) to the grace of God and the cross. Scriptures are a constant picture of the grace of God to sinners and the sacrifice of Jesus’ life–so much more than fun Bible stories with moralistic lessons. Every Sunday, Taryn encourages the teachers at Connection to point the kids to the saving grace of Jesus.
